So simple and quick, I also tackled under the kitchen sink. I moved some non-kitchen cleaning supplies to the now spacious mudroom cabinets.

My story today is about a butler—not in the traditional sense. This little gadget is my butler and probably one of the best practical tools my husband ever bought for the house. You run it back and forth over a tablecloth, and it picks up all the crumbs. I love using it for a quick cleanup between dinner and dessert during big holiday meals. Of course this could lead into stories about our many wonderful family gatherings but that’s for a memoir.
