Each monthly workshop provides the space to build a journaling practice that offers different techniques based on season, themes, and topics. They may include prompts to record daily life events, family history, self-care, setting intentions, recording dreams, overcoming obstacles, and processing emotions, just to name a few. The options are endless and the community is vibrant!
