Reflections
Your journal can be a Reflection of what you’ve done in your day, recording the memories, thickening the details, and what you’re feeling.
It can be quotes, tracking, doodles, daily calendar, or whatever that brings you to the page.
I vary most of these ideas in my personal journal, but I also like to go deeper. I want my journal to reflect to me what I love and dislike in my day and why. I want to see how I showed up for myself and others. It’s a space to be curious.
Again, in order for it to do that, I need to journal honestly.
Your Journal is a Reflection of You.
How you grow, what you learn, and what matters. When you do this, you get a clear idea of what you may want to prioritize. If a certain activity lights you up and brings you joy, wouldn’t you want to do it more? If time after time, someone you thought you enjoyed being with simply stresses you out, perhaps you want to know why, decide to not see that person as often or set boundaries.
It’s a process and a practice to reflect in your journal, whether you do it once a day, week, month or a few times a year. Honestly, I don’t always get to it but I have found that when I do, I notice the difference.
Not only do I feel better; I live Soul-tentionally. That’s in accordance with why I’m living this life and what I desire to bring into the world.
How I wish to BE.

When reflecting, I honestly and openly know who I am, why I do what I’m doing, and how it aligns with my intentions.

What affirmations resonated or captured my reflections the most?
Write them on a separate journal page or even cards to build your own oracle card deck.
Here are a few Reflections from May:
Affirmations:
“My journal holds me accountable in my actions and intentions.”
“My voice is thriving and expanding.”
What I Learned:
To be open and honest with my boundaries.
Sit with opportunities and requests.
Do they align with my Soul-tentions?
Let Go:
What I thought I had to get done before going on vacation with my family.
